It is normal for us to be extremely sad or depressed. Sometimes we feel empty without knowing why and sometimes, we are in depression for specific reasons. This is not to be ignored. According to studies, Australia, pre-preschoolers is a growing market for anti-depressants.

So, what do you do when you experience 5 or more of the following?
    • a persistent sad, anxious or “empty” mood
    • sleeping too little or too much
    • reduced appetite and weight loss, or increased appetite and weight gain
    • loss of interest or lack of pleasure in activities once enjoyed, including sex
    • restlessness or irritability
    • persistent physical symptoms that don't respond to treatment (such as headaches, chronic pain, or constipation and other digestive disorders)
    • difficulty concentrating, remembering or making decisions
    • fatigue or loss of energy
    • feeling guilty, hopeless or worthless
    • thoughts of death or suicide

Our mind can only focus one thing at one time. Experiment - use your right hand to draw a fish, then at the same time use left hand to play ipad game; you cant do it because you can split focusing.

When you are sad, try focus a game, sport.....sadness will gone automatically.

Another thing, when you keep forcing yourself laughing and happy, by continue practice it, your mind will be receive the message....you are in happy mode!!
