Businessdictionary.com defines a best practice as "A method or technique that has consistently shown results superior to those achieved with other means and that is used as a benchmark". What that means here at BAF is that these are methods used to compose a post that make it as clear, and/or as helpful and informative as it can be. They can cover things as simple as giving your post a title, and various items and methods that specify what should, and should not, be included in the content of your post. These are not rules, as such, but are accepted methods to compose the highest quality posts possible.
As we add more best practices, they will be summarized in the newsletter, with a more detailed post here in the forum.

I appreciate that you have explained best practices in a beautiful way. It's the small practices and things that can help to achieve excellence.
