    Well how much fat could i loose each, week by eating healthy and can you loose
    muscle too by eating healthy? So i am very worried about my weight loss so any
    expert and professional person who have better knowledge so please share here.

    My dear Aldennnk,
    Now I understood your position.
    Take given a healthy diet for loss of weight.
    First you take water properly means
    Don't take water when you are taking meals
    Don't take water 20 minutes before of the meals
    . Don't take water up to one hour after you have taken meals.
    Daily take 4 liters water (especially morning with an empty stomach)
    Don't take high caloric foods Take sprouts like Green pulses, white pulses, flex seeds (for Omega 3 oils), Cucumber, pineapple, apple.
    Don't take Laser or other treatments, it may increase side effects. Try to decrease your weight through natural healthy process.

    Eating healthy and having a regular exercise or workout would help you out. Plus, discipline. You can actually hire a coach that would help you in doing so.
