Weight loss?

    I work out daily two times a day.
    One in the morning and one at night.
    And i have been mainting my same diet for about 3years now and it's keeping me in shape .

    healthy food + work out daily keeps you fit and in shape .

    I think best way to cut down your weight is to lessen your carbohydrate consumption and get a routine workout.

    Swimming and running will help you lose weight, swimming can also improve your muscle tones.

    Here's my suggestion that I read from some health publishers magazine.
    1. proper diet - don't eat food with high cholesterol. To become a vegetarian will great a lot.
    2. daily exercise - you can also go to gym but it will cost you a lot. Here in Panama it's 70$ for complete plan.

    Surgery is the last option, and it is not so good to do surgeries for weight loss. I would recommend you to do proper exercise, and maintain a good, fat free diet, that should help.

    I hate any kind of surgery and I do not like dieting. Neither do I get time for regular exercise. Hence, I really don't know what else to do.
