    Hi all,

    What is your best method for weight loss? I am open to all suggestions. I have been told weight loss surgery is the only effective method but have also been told liposuction is great also.

    Would love some advice.

    Workout is the best way to lose weight .
    You have to maintain a diet and work according to that and keep pushing yourself over the limit until you reach your target.

    I eat good foods and sometimes work out. I don't believe in diet, you just need to choose what you eat.

    I think the best method for weight losing and good health is starting to eat only raw food (raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts). Try google "raw food diet weight loss" for more info.

    No body know the exact way to lose your weight but I think the best thing is to take proper diet and daily walk after dinner can make you fit.

    Get up early from bed and walk about 2 hours continuously. Hope in this way you can lose weight easily. The is the best and simplest way I think. All the best.

    It is very weird that you are representing a surgery centre and asking such questions. You should be giving answers to such questions as your website suggest that you guys are pretty good with these weight loss surgeries. Not sure how good you actually are. Please don't mind but when you post something like this in a good forum you should be ready to read such comments

    Surgery can be the last option , just focus on working out, exercising is the best way to lose weight.

    I don't support surgery anymore. Rather I like the natural way to weight loss. And I think hard working, get up early in the morning and walk about an hour would be the best idea. Thanks!

    From my opinion, workout and exercise are two best ways to loose weight.
    Also avoid junk food, sweets and alcoholic beverages to loose weight quickly.

    For me I took a plan to lose weight in a natural way. And for this every afternoon I play football with all of my friends together. And thus way I am losing weight.

    Fitness workouts are considered common for weight loss but more important is you diet plan. But you have to be keep patience in this matter.

    i m also in the process of doing weight loss exercises on a daily routine. Jogging, Walking, Gyming, Skipping Rope are included in my daily routine.

    There is a pill for weight loss. Did you try that method. Also you can use easy-100. This also better to weight loss. Thank you!
