Hello. I have been ready to open a women's clothing shop for a year and a half now, everything is ready to go. The only problem is, landlords are not even considering me or getting back to me when they find out I don't have a current brick and mortar. There is one place in particular that is the perfect location being built. I first talked to the landlord in november and she told me plans weren't ready but to call her back. I called her back multiple times since then, she has ignored emails, voicemails, text messages. I mailed her my business plan and she is still ignoring me. I am persistent so I will keep trying until she gives me an answer. Does anyone have advice on what to do or say to get her to meet with me?
