Hi everyone, Just wondering if I could get some feedback on a rough idea that intends to enhance brand exposure for retailers through social media. It would be in the form of an app that works like this: Special beacons installed in stores recognise when app users come in. The app is directly linked to the Facebook page of app users. Step 1: Users collect points not only by checking-in in stores and scanning selected products, but also by posting and commenting on retailersᾼ brand and products on Facebook. Hence, customers will promote retailers' brand through their personal Facebook page. Step 2: Users can quickly redeem points and get gifts amongst a wide range of choices available in our catalogue (from a simple free coffee to an amazing Coach bag). Step 3: Users get amazing personalised offers from retailers and our other partners with the possibility to create bundling offers. Additionally, businesses would have access to a dashboard where they could view data analytics of consumer behaviour. So what do you think? Any feedback from either the business or consumer's perspective would be much appreciated. Thanks!
