According to Whois that domain does not expire until Sept 2014. Do you know if the hosting company in question has renewed the domain?

You will need to work with the host in order to have the domain transferred to another registrar. Is there a reason why the hosting company is not responding to your client?

What company is your client using? Why aren't you able to contact them? You do not have any contact details?

As Fergal said, the domain isn't expiring until 2014 and you can transfer the domain to other provider but for that you would need help of your current provider as you would need to move your data first.

altcom: Where did you buy the domain? Did you buy the Web Hosting services where a domain would be free?

The problem might be the web hosting is not working.

Hi all, it is a long story. At first the domain is expire, then we not able to contact the domain re-seller. End up we make report to Verisign, then they redirect us to PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM. From there we success make a report, and finally the existing domain re-seller generate billing for renewal. I guess they warn by PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY

Thanks for the update altcom, glad to hear that it worked out in the end.

Do you plan on transferring the domain to a different registrar now, in order to avoid future problems?
