Unlimited disk storage means that they are prepared to add extra disks (and perhaps extra servers) as sites use more space. If they limit you to files for a web site only then unless you are hosting huge video files you wouldn't need more than 1Gb maximum and only that much if you have loads of downloads. If all you have is web pages then 100Mb would take a year working full time to fill. Unlimited bandwidth doesn't really exist because the bandwidth is limited by that between their servers and the rest of the internet. Presumably if they are offering unlimited they mean that they will increase the available bandwidth as the sites they are hosting come close to using what they have. It wouldn't handle huge spikes in traffic though. Generally the most limiting factor for web sites that have things other than static web pages is the amount of CPU that they require and that generally is the limiting factor since the cpus in the server need to be shared between whatever sites are hosted on that server.
