Actually #9 and #10 could be combined into one, rather than two separate scams. There are quite a few "money-making" websites out there that are mostly scams - in fact, I find it rather ironic that you listed "money-making" as one of your top ten scams, and the site in your signature has the headline, "Revealed! A One Page Website Is All You Need To Start Making Money Online" and gives away a "free" report. Usually, the "free" report tells you a step-by-step process that includes signing up for services you need to pay for - which are affiliate sites for the person giving away the report.
Getting back to the original list, I have a question. Was this your own list, or did you find it somewhere? What was the original source?

The only real scam I have encountered on this page was the Disaster relief scam. Its sad to see peoples money going to a criminal when they thought it went to good causes.

I've recently stopped using an email account because it was bombarded with scams and obvious viruses, I would have to trawl through the rubbish to get to my genuine emails.

Sorry to hear that you got scammed like that Tadas, that really is terrible. Did you do anything to try and get your money back? I read a book about crime once that had some details about this scam. There were a couple of people who were scammed by this and they went to Nigeria to pursue the people who scammed them. Unfortunately they didn't know what they were letting themselves in for and they were never seen again, they are now presumed dead. It's a sad fact that you can't be too careful when it comes to dealing with these people - there is huge money involved and the criminal gangs behind it are extremely dangerous.

The name 419 scam comes from an article number in Nigerian law.

Yes they usually asking people to travel to them country. When I was scammed,
I have had many many problems - that was my most terrible years in my life.
I also read sad stories like you mentioned, where people were even killed or
    sent to Hospital .

These gangs also were calling me on phones to talk with me.
I would like to crush them all, but today I am running
nice business online and my financial situation becoming
better even each month and thanks God finally I have
    stable financial situation.

    Tadas

There is no shortcut to be successful. And being successful doesn’t mean just be rich. There must be at least 100 people who can refer you as good honest person (other than your family members). That’s my definition for success!

My default thinking is that every ad on the internet or TV is scam so I never fall for them. People are just stupid sometimes too. The ads are so horrible and you can clearly see that it's fake. But some are also pretty clever. I always check out reviews services or other things before trying it. You can easily find stories of other people who were scammed by simply googling the company name.

    caller...
"Good Morning, I am calling from the Internet Security Center"
"I'm calling you about your PC"
"You appear to have a virus"
"But for the limited price of $9.95 a month we can remove all viruses"
"Now If I may just take your credit card number, my engineers will repair the PC remotely"
    "Hello, are you still there?"
    "Hello"
    ----------
    target: "Hi I don't have a PC"
    ---------
    caller: "What? No PC?"
    ---------
target: "No.. no computer? I have a poodle though!"
