The Titleless Leader - How to Get Things Done When You're Not in Charge by Nan S. Russell is a book that I feel many of our members would enjoy and benefit from reading. The core subject of the book is how to build influence in the workplace and get things done, without having to rely on your job title or formal authority. The author's view is that you can be much more effective and successful, if you build on these personal development and communication skills.

There is much food for thought in this book, coupled with lots of practical and helpful suggestions for getting along better with work colleagues, superiors and those that report to you. The book encourages us to be true to ourselves,to lead by example and to focus on win win behaviour based on her philosophy that "It's only when we are all winning that we truly all win".
