    So in this thread I will ask questions daily to the community about yourself and life. They will vary each day, for example here is todays question:

    Today the question I wanted to ask the community today was "How often do you go to the gym?" (or workout)

    So now everyone that wants to answer the question can. If they dont want to answers today question from me they can answer the next days. To go along with the question I will answer mine.

    For me I dont go to the gym a lot but I do try to go at least twice a week. I wont go and do a hard core workout, but just enough to keep me in shape and not "huge". I think going to the gym ever once and awhile is good for you and everyone should do it at least 4 times a month. But if they dont I would understand because it is kinda out of the way and can take a lot of time depending on what you are doing. I try to do a few sit ups and jumping jacks in the morning but most of the time I forget. I am working at getting better at this.

    I go for walks four days per week and on three mornings per week I do some sit-ups and press-ups. Not the most active exercise regime at the moment, but when I increase my walking distance I will start doing a little jogging again.

    Ok not as much activity has I would've hoped but here is todays' question:


    "What type of activities do you do over the "long" weekend?"

    Since I am going to do my activity as we speak I will reply later.

    Didn't seem to be much intrest in that type of question.. So how about this one?

    "What do you eat for breakfast? If you don't eat why not?"

    I am currently eatting apple jacks as I am tying this I love these things!

    Mostly I eat porridge with sultanas and honey, it's a healthy and very enjoyable start to the day.

    I just take a cup of tea in morning, consider no breakfast. Due to time consuming, I direct prepare to work

    usually i go for a walk or some time cycling. Because i go on my job by cycle.

    Ok sorry for not keeping this very updated but todays question is:

    "Should you be able to take PE online?"

    I think you should, as long as you could get proof they are doing the workouts and stuff. What are your thoughts?

    Ok so you know how all school students are require to take Physical Education (you do sports and stuff to stay in shape) should they be able to take that online?

    One of the great benefits of doing PE in schools is that kids get to participate in team sports. There is a lot to be learned from playing team sports, such as responsibility, team spirit, working with others, etc. For that reason I feel that PE lessons would be much better in the school than online.

    PE stands for Physical Education and it is a subject in schools that teaches pupils how to be active, how to active and how to participate in sport.

    Wow I have been really busy and kept forgetting to update this thread so I am going to see if I can't work on updating this thread more often.... So here is today's questions:

    How many times do you eat a day?

    I eat at least twice a day, but every once and awhile I will be able to get 3 meals a day. I know not eating 3 meals a day can be really bad for your body that is why I always try and get three but for some reason I am not always able to get them all. If anything I will eat a light snack at the time I am not able to get the meal in.

    I eat three meals per day plus some snacks in between. Snacks usually include fruit, yoghurt or sometimes a little dark chocolate.

    I don't usually go to gym, but I always jog every morning. I also prefer healthy food, low fats and sugar.
