    Every entrepreneur faces challenges, and many of them will tell you it's how you handle those challenges that will determine success or failure as a entrepreneur. Here, five tips for success from business owners who know what growing and winning are all about. To become a successful entrepreneur, your supposed to do these things and plans like;
    1-Put your networking skills to work
    2-Don't be swayed by naysayers
    3-Keep taking risks
    4-Hire your weaknesses.
    5-Don't be afraid to share your idea
    and finally be optimistic.
    I would like to have your comments.

    Ark

    Reading articles about entrepreneurs is always interesting. In my field of work, commercial lending, we always get to hear about how people had an idea, and turned it into a business. The finished product that someone can tell stories about is always something interesting to lend an ear to.

    LendersCF - I think you have a good point about not being afraid of sharing their ideas. I've found that sometimes people have a new idea for a business, but because they are so paranoid about someone else stealing the idea, they hold themselves back from taking steps to start that business.

    The truth is it takes a thousand little steps to create a successful business, and the kernel of an idea is just one of those steps. It takes a lot more execution to create that successful business. So I find it's just unrealistic to think someone is going to steal an idea and then execute on the thousand different steps necessary to create a successful business based on that initial idea.

    I like Ark's view here... by sharing ideas we inspire others and ignite or enhance their thought processes. With regard to the original post, I'm not sure what the intention was - the blogger seemed like a good guy but didn't seem to deliver on the promise of the title "the three things I wish I knew..." or did I miss something?? M.
