    How do you take care of your health? What do you do to feel better?

    I think we eat fresh food and green vegetables,also do exercise daily in routine by that you became fit and Healthy.

    I follow Simple Rule for my Health That is:
    "Don't Overdo Anything"

    Yes, I do exercise, but I don;t overdo it.
    I follow Diet, but I take off from my diet plan as well.
    People say, Milk is really good for health, but taking too much milk is harmful too.
    Dairy Products are Good for health, but if we over ear them, they will bring extra calories to our body and that will be stocked in body.

    So, I just try to balance everything, I eat, exercise, walk, run, diet but I never overdo anything.

    I was going to the gym on a regular basis. Now, I have a little pit bull puppy that keeps me quite busy. She like to go for runs and helps me stay fit.

    I do small exercise mostly daily. I also eat healthy food. I avoid fast food as I can.

    Meditation, fresh and healthy food and lots of happiness keeps a person healthy.

    I get up early in the morning, then I go for morning walk and walk 2KMs. I also meditate daily. I take a healthy breakfast everyday. I always try to keep myself happy whether by listening good music or by reading self improvement articles and quotes.

    Regular exercise, Yoga and good foods are the things I care about to take care of my health.

    1.Get proper sleep.
    2.Eat fresh food.
    3.Include green leafy vegetables,Fish,eggs and Milk in your diet.
    4.Exercise. Aerobics and Stretching.

    Firstly we should take fresh fruits and green vegetables daily, addition to this we should give our more and more time to meditation and then we should also give 30 to 40 minutes for exercise to keep our body fresh, fit and healthy.

    Nowadays I am avoiding all kinds of processed foods and soft drinks etc for my metabolic disorders and i think this is good way to become healthy.

    I always used healthy diet in my daily routine and daily exercise is also a essential part of my life.
