Take action because your mind is not your friend!!

    Your biology is an enormous cluster of cells that have come together because survival is easier in groups.

    You are not your Drunk Monkey ( mind, ego etc.), just like you are not your body. You are the one observing your body. Your mind, the Drunk Monkey, is just a part of your body.

    Are you beating your heart right now? Are you commanding yourself to breathe? Take a moment to close your eyes, take a deep breath, hold it and observe your heart beating.

    Do it now.

    Who is doing that? Not you! Your body operates independently of you. You are just along for the ride. Take another moment with your eyes closed and notice how your body is moving, twitching, repositioning itself and doing its thing totally independent of you. Close your eyes now and notice.

    Take action on your intentions today.

    Give up being right about you, your limitations, the situation, the timing and people.

    Engage the mystery of life. You have no idea what is going to happen next, just take the next action and enjoy the result, positive or negative…both are just opinions.

    Trust that you are on the right path, if you are reading this, then by the very nature of your intention, it is true, you are on the right path…whether you are producing results yet or not.

    Take action, in spite of the uncomfortable feelings you might have. Just make it an experiment, not important; just see if you can take the action without feeling anything. See if you can rearrange the thoughts you have to make the actions actually feel good. Don’t be The Drunk Monkey’s puppet.

    Interesting post..In fact very good post..I liked the way you have described the situation.....
    I just want to know more about it...It is your own opinion or you read it somewhere..please give the link if you think there is a source of such information on the net..!!!!

    This is one of the great article, many people are "fair to change", they hard to leave the "comfortable zone" and refuse to make change on yheir life. And therefore, they will only keep thinking without taking any action. And that's the major different why other people can success on the business but not them

    I agree with the "start action" bit but not the "stop dreaming" part. Nothing happens without first a dream. Keep dreaming it keeps you motivated and moving towards better things.
