Looking for help trying to find a way to stay organized with my tasks and to do list.
Is there any software I can run on all of my devices to sync with each other and tell me when I have a task coming up?
Im looking into the windows 8 calendar but it seems very confusing.
I think every business should have something like this.

These are the software I use to keep myself organized:

Pinning stuff I plan to read later: Pocket
    Note-taking / Lists: Google Keep
De-constructing tasks and making mind maps: XMind
    For scheduling: Google Calendar

    Hope this helps

Thanks for the answer! Already noticing how google is much simpler than microsoft and outlook.
Do you know if google calendar has an app for windows 8.1? I just see that they have a webpage. I need to have notifications on my computer.
Also does the calendar automatically sync with your mobile device? Same question for google keep

Google is amazing, especially when you need to share access with other people.

And I have seen softwares for it, but nothing official from Google.

And do you mean for the native calendar on your mobile phone?

I would stick with Google services like Google Calender. It's really perfect for the syncing process and the fact that you can reach your task schedules from all the devices you want (PC, Smartphone, Tablet, etc...). Last but not least, is that Google Calender is completely free so you won't pay anything when you want to use and also it's really simple to get used to use it.

I just wish they implemented a notepad into it so everything is in one app. Now i have to get two apps and keep track of them - google keep & calendar
