What is the difference between static pages and dynamic pages..?Which one is better for SEO ?
The content of the webpage remains unchange or constant until it is not manually being changed is known as static webpage where as the content of the webpage will change/respond as per user’s need is known as dynamic page. The best examples of dynamic page are search engine, search box on the webpage, amazon website etc.
As per SEO perspective, dynamic webpage is good because search engine also likes updated content of the webpage at the most compared to same content of the webpage all time when the webpage is loaded. But it is also true that you have to rewrite/redirect dynamic url to static for getting benefit of SEO.
A static website consists of a series of HTML files, each one representing a physical page of a web site. On static web sites, each page is a separate HTML file, with no scripting. When you visit the homepage, you are viewing the actual homepage file.
A dynamic web site is a web site that not only uses HTML and CSS, but includes more complex code such as PHP or JAVA to dynamically build a web page when a user visits the page.
There is no real difference in terms of SEO, because they are all HTML by the time they reach the web.
Dynamic page is good for SEO point of View because in Dynamic web page we can easily update our website according to the latest web design trends. While Static web page once created never update so its better to make a Dynamic website for for business.
In terms of seo it is more important to have quality content no matter whether static or dynamic
Dynamic pages are good for SEO undoubtedly. It's because Google gives priority to updated sites or pages.
I think that it is best idea here
Static Web pages contain the same prebuilt content each time the page is loaded, while the content of dynamic Web pages can be generated on-the-fly.Standard HTML pages are static Web pages they contain HTML code.
Dynamic Web pages These pages contain "server-side" code, which allows the server to generate unique content each time the page is loaded.Other types of Web pages, such as PHP, ASP, and JSP pages. That program creates the page dynamically and returns it to the web server,
Search engines are smart enough now to know how to index and rank dynamic content. almost every single major site is a dynamic site, static sites are way to hard to maintain and therefore result in poor user experience. If starting a new project and are debating on which route to go. use some sort of dynamic system, either wordpress, or some sort of CMS system. All of the sites that manage and do SEO for are dynamic sites and they all have high rankings.
Google has stated that loading speed is a factor in its algorithm. Depending upon a number of factors, a dynamic page - which must be created each time it is called up - can be much slower to load than a static page. Loading speed is one reason may CMSs like WordPress have plugins to cache html pages of your dynamic content.
You get the best of both worlds - dynamic content served as static html pages.
Static pages are those pages which is not change during run time one they created they can,t change in runtime environment, dynamic pages are those pages which is change at run time. This the main key difference in between them.
I also agree with above answering that in static website you can not any change at run time while in dynamic site you can change any thing at run time. This is the major difference of these website.
in dynamic websites user can interact with the website and it's other members where as in static user can just see the website but not interface.
It would be cleared from their names like static means non changeable and dynamic means changeable and dynamic pages are connected with databases and static are not.
A static website is getting displayed as it's stored. In static website there is no need of any database and programming skills where as dynamic website must have to need programmatically skills and data deliveries from the database.
You can use cloudflare service for free if the site is small or medium and not attracting ddos kids. Cloudflare some how gives better results specially on Static as well as Dynamic.
Every website is having static contents like .js .css images which got cached and the site load faster. The only drawback i found in cloudflare is if you changed any static content you have to clear the cache from cloudflare panel.
by using .htaccess you can give feel of static page in your dynamic pages too. As per my studies both are equal in SEO, it depends how you are using.
You can spot the difference just by looking at their names.. "static" and "dynamic". For the SEO I don't really know which of these ones are better but I belive that a dynamic page makes a much better impression, at least to me. I feel like static pages are just ugly to see.. static content should be avoided in my opinion when you build a website unless it's necessary.
