    For healthy people who want to reduce, now there is a chance you reduce by eating!
    Sounds good well here is a list of natural slimming foods that will help you burn fat naturally, the more foods you can eat in their natural and raw state the better.

    Vegetables
    Onions, cucumber, broccoli, spinach, artichoke, lima beans, peas, cabbage and carrots

    Fruits
    Apples, Cherry's, Pears, Plums, Damsons, Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Grapefruits, Blackberries, Loganberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Gooseberries, Red currants, Black currants, Cranberries, Blueberries, Grapes, Bananas, Melons, Avocados, Pomegranates, Kiwi Fruits

    Interesting thread you posted there. You can eat celery also it will also help you slim down.. For those of you that did not know each piece of celery can burn up to 3 calories!
