There are tools out there that you can use to determine the possible ranking of your keywords. I personally use WebRank Tool in determining the rankings of my clients. If you have enough budget you can purchase the tool.

You can try seomoz as well. It provides a lot of information including the ranks of keywords.

I like Rank Tracker. It allows to check lots of keywords at the same time. Other tools just check one at a time. SemRush can also be of help.

The site does not show accurate results and in some cases cannot find any results only whereas the keyword is there in SERPs.

    I agree with you Rocky!!
Tools are not calculating rank correctly. For correct keyword position I personally check manually!!

Williamjames732 has a point. Tools cannot give you a real-time result. Also, if you are not in the first three pages, no one sees your site, so it doesn't matter where you are. If you are looking for your position in the SERP's for a single phrase, the easiest way is to go to Google and look.
