we want to provide insurance companies with nurses to carry out blood test in relation to their client's insurance application at their clients home/place of work . we have no contacts within the insurance industry and our experience lies in the clinical staff to provide this service. we wanted some advise on what would be the most effective way of getting insurance companies to contract us to do this? we have the list of insurance companies from British Insurers Association with names and addresses and have considered mail marketing with a letters to them informing them of our services and inviting them to contact us to discuss further their requirements. however we have no evidence on how effective this is compared to sending emails and cold calling them.
