I want to keep my body always in a healthy state. Can you guide me on question whether I should go for running in the morning or exercising in a gym to keep myself healthy?
Firstly, It would be good if you state what is your body type? For Athletic Body type, you can choose running. For bulking up body, you can join Gym.
You should start your day with a cup of green tea to increase the metabolism of body and then go for a jogging or walk for the body warm up.Then if you are new to gym excercises ,then don't go for heavy weight excericises it will hamper your muscles.You may start with push ups at max 10 and dumbles of 1kg at the starting mode,then further according to your body weight and need,you may ask your gym trainer for the further excercises.

What type of exercise are you talking about? Running in the gym as well or weightlifting? I would personally say do both! I am running 3 days a week and in the gym at least 2/3 evenings a week! If you have time to surf the net then you got time to workout!
Just sprint for 5 min the in rapid increase in heart rate is what burns calories…. Look at a sprinter body… then a runner…. whose more ripped? Wait… isnt this the business forum>?

I believe that to keep your body fit both activities are must. Exercise keep your body in shape while running increase your stamina. In addition you should also do meditation and yoga.
I also agree running is good to increase your body stamina but gym exercises are best to keep your body fit and in shape. Do regular exercise to keep yourself always healthy.
Running is good for fat burning and gym is good for keeping your body healthy and also gym increases your stamina. I think joining gym is the best way for keeping your body healthy and fresh but if you join gym and you want that your body remains fresh and healthy then you must take proper diet and also sleep well then it benefits to you too much.
Gym is always helpful. Because running isn't always the thing, you also need to pick a little weight to flex those muscles.
if you are overweight and want to loose some weight jogging or running is preferable than gym, but if you need to build some more strength gym is for you.
