Review of current processes/procedures

    Hello all

    I have been asked by a senior member of my organisation, to undertake an overview of our current processes/procedures, and provide proposals in relation to how these can be improved.

    Does anything have any advice in relation to the best way to undertake this?

    Furthermore, does any have any advice advise in relation to the best way to present this in a professional document format?

    Any advice, or resources would be appreciated.

    If I am not wrong are you talking about the business process? If yes, then processing the structure with respect to the management of the business makes a significant difference so as to end up feasibly. Remember that team work significantly makes a difference and managing the team ultimately manages the business process as well.
