The new Windows XP “Start” menu is very convenient, the impact on system resources is not large. If you like the words of the last of the classic menu, right-click the taskbar space, select “Properties” menu, go to “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” settings window, select “[Start] menu” tab, select “classic [start] menu “to return to the way it was before it.

I haven't seen anyone using Windows XP for quite some time. In fact, I just recently bought a computer using Windows 8. Was this "new" start menu a recent update to Windows XP?
