It is coming to year end now and I am considering changing my accounts software package. We are based in Ireland and currently using Sage Line50. I'm am looking for alternatives that allow - improved invoice analysis (e.g. top customers per product or top products per customer) - integrated email and fax capabilities for invoicing - integrated online payments - a more 'open' database than Sage allowing me to share data with other systems (e.g. our CRM database) Or alternatively is there a system to allow you to perform analysis (export/import) on the Sage Line50 system and keep using it? We have a bookkeeper that only knows sage and so moving to a completely online tool may or may not suit depending on the training requirements. Thanks!
