I have a blog which is about real estate and I turned it into a real estate site. So I installed a real property theme and from there I put some listings of for sale and for rent properties. And also the housing projects that are currently under develop. We've just closed 2 sales last week and got my commission. :D

My situation is that I'm not a legit real estate agent and so I talked to some people connected to some real estate businesses and a lot of them promise me 3% and 5% commission rate for every sale of the properties they'll close from the inquires to my website. The problem is that more than half of these real estate agents/brokers meet at the a place where they mostly gather, can sell almost all the properties that are listed in my website.

If they found out that I'm connected to each one of them, they might be disappointed. How must I explain it to them? What are mu options?
