Quick Lock Computer

    Right-click on the desktop, in the subsequent shortcut menu that appears, select New “shortcut”, then the system will start the Create Shortcut Wizard, in the text box input “rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation”, click “Next “in the pop-up window, enter the name of the shortcut, click” Finish “button. Of course, the easiest way is to lock the computer directly press WinKey + L

    I find the WinKey + L much easier. But, this one is a nifty little trick. Thanks.

    This is nice shortcut for locking the pc than any method.

    Computer can also be locked if you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and then click Lock Computer or click Switch User on the Shut Down menu.

    I do not use short cuts to close my computer or laptop as I think it may be harmful for my gadget. I use some short keys like windows + E keys to go direct in computer.
