Some website has been automatically redirected to that home page while entering the domain name without WWW format. For example if i entering the website name amazon.com means, then it has automatically redirected to amazon with the "www". I want to know about the tricks regarding that URL redirection.

You can tell Google which one you want to be valid.
Otherwise Google will think you have 2 different websites.
I think the redirection is automatic but you might be able to set it with cpanel or htaccess file.

Google Webmaster Tool can help you for this concern, you can set the URL parameters of the domain.

If your websites is opening with both with WWW and without WWW that means your websites has two URL with similar content according to Google bot. So, to remove this issue we use redirect it with only one URL.

If your site is built on Wordpress, there are free plugins that let you do this AUTOMATICALLY or with just a few clicks.

the .htaccess file is usually where you'll need to change this. It's located in the root folder of your website.
Look for this part in the file and follow what it tells you to do, uncommenting the one you want to use (with or without www):
    # If your site can be accessed both with and without the 'www.' prefix, you
    # can use one of the following settings to redirect users to your preferred
    # URL, either WITH or WITHOUT the 'www.' prefix. Choose ONLY one option:
