My niche site is nearly complete to be published and sitemapped. I have 23 pages.

    My questions are:

    1) Should I release all 23 pages at once of slowly add them?

    2) I use the homepage as kind of a sitemap for the site. Is there any ranking issues that could occur if I add a more info to my hompage as I add more pages to my site?

There is no problem in adding all the pages at once. If those are product pages which as interlinked and also have a link from the homepage then you should add them all at once. Otherwise the user may get 404 errors if they cannot get the desired page and this cause trouble.

There should not be any problem if you add the link to new pages on your homepage as long as you do it properly.
