    Hello friends, Tell me the ways to loose weight?
    My weight is 70 kgs but I want it to 70 or less than that.

    Before you put effort for loosing weight. First step is to Prepare a proper mind set up . Like, you must be determined and persistent towards your goal. And, then divide your goal into a various small goal in form of week, month, and year.. After this star putting your effort towards it.
    Do, morning jogging, do proper exercise. And take good amount of water daily.
    Apart from it, prepare a good natural diet for your daily intake.REST DEPEND UPON YOU.

    Continuous exercise will do the work for you.
    Jogging early in the morning then doing the burpee might help you loose weight.

    You should also have discipline and control over what you eat and how much do you eat.

    Exercise every morning. Drink lots of water to rid yourself of excess water weight. The more water you drink, the less you retain. Shoot for 40-50oz a day. Make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't eat in the middle of the night!

    Do Exercise in early morning and Eat lite breakfast like vegatable juices etc

    Take green tea in the morning,go for walk or excercise.Then hav heavy brk fast,light lunch and little dinner.Avoid eating at night.
