I signed a loan proposal letter from BOA and it says at the end of it " By signing below you certify that Bank of America, N.A. will be the only lender for your financing requirements as set forth in
this proposal(ยง) ...then they sent me the rest of the loan paperwork (the contract 14 pages and papers to open a busniess account..) Now I recieved another proposal letter from a different bank and I want to go with them. Am I legally bound to BOA by signing that letter?
