    Hi fellow BAF members.
Since sites which gives one's blog/website cost details is not that accurate, I just want to know how much really my blog is worth. Here's some of its stats:

    Entertainment Niche
    Page Rank 2
    Alexa Ranking 492,827
Total page views: 64.185 (700+ per day)
Total visitors: 32.223 (300+ per day)
Backlinks: 3,974 (according to Google Webmaster Tools)

Please let me know what you think of it?

Very nice blog GekiDan, there has obviously been a lot of work and creativity put into it and I'm sure all that would appeal to potential buyers. A lot of sites and blogs sell for about ten times their monthly income.

How much revenue is it currently generating per month?

Do you feel the blog has the potential to earn more revenue?

I earn mostly on Affiliate Marketing and Ad space.
    Nothing much from Adsense.

Well, honestly, I'm thinking that it can have a lot of potential on earning, especially on ads.

Would a selling price of around ten times your monthly earnings sound right for your blog?

Right now, I have sold more or less $40 worth of ads on my blog, affiliates included.
So would it mean more or less $400?

    Wouldn't it be much?

The way I've seen lots of blogs valued GekiDan is based on ten times the average monthly earnings? How long did it take you to earn that $400? What were your average monthly earnings for the last three months?

Well, I meant there that up to now, I have sold $40 worth of ad space.
And from what I understand on your post, I'll multiply it to ten. Am I right?

You are right if your blog is earning $40 per month. If your blog took longer than one month to earn that $40 then the estimated selling price of your blog would be less.

Well, honestly, it's just a time span of 15 days from the first day I sold an ad space on my blog.
I'm currently looking for advertisers who are willing to advertise on my blog.

BTW, will it be ok if I add a leaderboard banner below the page?

Yes, why not, as long as it doesn't take away from the visitor experience and drive visitors away from your site. In fact potential buyers of your blog will be impressed by seeing ways in which the site can make money. The more revenue potential they see on your site the more attractive it will be for them to purchase it.

Ok. Thanks for that info Fergal. I'll try to put a leaderboard banner of my affiliates.

Well, honestly, I'm not gonna sell my blog. I love it will all my heart. I just really want to know it's real value. That's all.
