Take a look at things in your life that you currently complain about. Find at least 1 thing you can say or do to motivate change in that area. Now you’re in the realm of personal growth.

By target yourself learning at least one new thing daily, sooner or later you will become a successor.

That's definitely the way to start off the process of change. You need to take those words or thoughts of positive change and try to incorporate it into your life to let it become a part of who you are. This is no easy task, but if you stick to it then eventually it will become who you are.

Most of us are aiming to be BETTER as a person in some way or the other.

Not a very easy task to do, since these days - most of us are busy trying to survive.

How do we try to achieve personal growth? BY DOING GOOD. BEING KIND. TAKING CARE OF OUR HEALTH. EMPOWERING OUR MINDS WITH GOOD BOOKS. FOCUSING ON OUR FAMILIES.

    :)

true personal growth is something that a person has to initiate himself no outer source can inculcate they can teach but they cannot decide so one has to decide for himself, we have come across many women entrepreneurs who have come out of their dark shell and have shined with their very own individualistic ideas hence as a token of appreciation for all the women entrepreneurs we have organized TiE Stree Shakti Awards wherein they can tell the world about their enterprise

We start a business, we learn the in's and out's of how to run that business and some where along the way we forget about self growth. Sound hokey? Well, it's not...really! Personal growth is extremely important to our well being, how we project ourselves, how confident we are, how we lead others and YES!, ultimately how successful we are in life. We are capable of learning and doing so much more that we give ourselves credit for. When was the last time you read a book or took a seminar on improving yourself? Can't recall...now is the time to start! This can be a short 10 minute a day motivational piece or something that takes days or weeks to complete. The key is to be consistent in your efforts to improve yourself. Each and every day, do something...no matter how small to maximize your personal improvement!
Good luck to your personal and professional growth!
