Person files a SMLLC in one state to operate a consulting business in another. Where does he file for business taxes?

Person files a SMLLC in one state to operate a consulting business in another. How should consultant (that is a single member LLC ) pay taxes? Does the business pay taxes quarterly or annually? Should he remain an LLC or change to an S-Corp or other? Income will be < $100K annually for a while (Advantages/Disadvantages)

Daniel, it might be worth contacting your local IRS office, so that you can tell them your specific circumstances. A quick phone call should answer all your questions.
