I'm surprised that domain got a PR4, especially as Google are not showing any backlinks pointing to it. The site will probably lose it's PR on the next update, unless it gets some quality links in the meantime. The PR4 probably doesn't help the new owner very much, because it won't bring quality traffic to the site. Although it will add to the potential resale value should the new owner decide to sell it on, and it could also help him / her generate some revenue should someone decide to sell text links on it.

Well done to the buyer, wish I had bought it from you :)

Does the same scenario happen all the time? I mean, having a high PR without any backlinks showing up?

I would say you have a very powerful backlink from a trusted source which is on topic and has a high PR.

Its real PR, if you search in Multiple Google data center it shows same 4 PR.
The main reason, I can see is domain Age 9 years.

And that's linking from what URL? What is it's PR?
Anyways, I just found out that my subdomain which is PR2 is now PR3.

Fake pr show the value of pr with the pr tool too but the pr is actually from other domain by using Cloaking technique. This kind of technique are commonly used for those scammer to cheat the buyer
You can actually googling "fake pr checker" to check on the domain, it probably show that it is fake pr.

    I don't think it's a fake PR. I mean, I checked the domain using PRChecker.INFO, Google's PR Checking tool.
Does fake PR also affect that site?

I think it's a fake PR manipulated by the hoster's, I am sure google will be removing it in the next PR update.

To avoid user make link building, most of the time Google will hide those links, I just check those links back only Bing have response, it show 8 links.

    http://www.bing.com/search?q=inbody:tweetcrew.com+-site:tweetcrew.com

Digital point and Digg do link back the site. Even for next update, I believe the PR still there, as the domain itself have lot of deep links, Google love it.

You have already sold the domain right? So it's possibly by the person you bought the domain.
