In a way, you are asking for a "yes or no" answer, but not asking a "yes or no" question. except possibly "a". In most cases, reciprocal links are there only because you are linking to someone who links to you, so it means nothing as far as the relevance or value of your website. On the other hand, if you link to someone's website because you believe that visitors to your website will be interested in it, and the owner of that website decides to link to yours for the same reason, it now becomes a natural link. Of the others, only "c" could be considered natural in some cases, but even then, if it doesn't belong where it is placed, it doesn't look natural. For the others, natural links can come from authority sites, but not all of them do. Links from .edu and .gov sites can also be natural, but not all of them are.
The place a link comes from has nothing to do with where it comes from. A link is "natural" if it makes sense that the link, or the text being linked from, belongs where it is placed.

Its depend on your link building strategy if we talking about reciprocal links then its also good and gives good links to us. but if your website link in another category or irrelevant subjects then its not for good. If your website reciprocal links is higher pr sites and same category or business then its good.

I think to explain this question, firstly understand the relation such as if a=b, b=c,then a=c.That why in case of this right answer is (c) They are voluntary in nature.

Sorry. What I meant to say is that the "natural" quality of a link has nothing to do with where it comes from.

Natural links are inbound links that site owners didn't intentionally create as part of their link building campaign.

Natural link building is a positive product of the SEO and online marketing work like social media marketing, online PR, content marketing and more. Users find and link to your content because it’s great and relevant content, not because you went out looking for links.
