every fruit has its own taste but some fruits is makes you look younger tell me some fruits
Blueberries, black grapes, blackcurrants, mulberries and dark plums.
water melon, avocado, strawberry and apples
First you concentrate Vitamin C and Fiber foods for better health and look as a younger.
Take citrus foods like Lemon, pine apples to get Vitamin C.
Take leafy vegetables, oats, dry foods, avocado, and other raw vegetables to get Fiber.
Take more water (dont take during & after 1 hour of meals) for better results.
Get healthy diet avoid smoking, alcohol, oily food.spend some time in gym, yoga which will keep you long and healthy life

All fruits have their own quality.We do not look younger by eating specific food.We have to take sufficient diet daily.
Eat 2-3 fruits daily.Do some yoga.

I love apples and It's good to see apple in list of fruits which makes us look younger.
