My goal is to build and design my own blog and monetize it as long as I can.
I want to switch on becoming a full time blogger. Although it is hard from the start, it can learn it step by step.

Thanks a lot for that links.
I'm just wondering which blogging platform should I use first. I'm just a newbie on it and haven't done it before,
Should I use Blogger or Wordpress?

My suggestion would be to get your own domain name and hosting account for your blog, if that is possible. If you cannot do that, either Blogger or Wordpress could work out well for you. Have a look at both options and decide on which one you are most comfortable with and go with it. Both of them are excellent platforms, so the one you use really comes down to a matter of personal preference.

Good luck with your blog, and I suggest using wordpress. It is really good for blog sites. Also don't forget to get a .net or .com domain. ;)

    Difference between Blogger and Wordpress

I Think that these points will help you to choose between blogger and wordpress

    1. Blogger has more control over the template. The implement sidebar also adds the credits to its features. The Wordpress doesn’t have attractive features rather from its new version’s friendly sidebar. Point: Blogger
    2. Blogger don’t have the option of static info page such as ‘About us’ and ‘Contact us’. It has fewer categories compare to wordpress, which offers category to each of the post with best archiving option. Point: Wordpress
    3. Blogger is the google product whereas Wordpress is open source software which depicts all the users are the proprietors. Point: Wordpress
    4. Worpress facilitate to import all the posts and comments, even older by its new import option. Blogger doesn’t have this option. Point: Wordpress

I can say go for Blogger first. Wordpress have a confusing interface when it comes to template or design. I tried editing one before but it just leave me headaches. Hence Wordpress is dubbed as a "Blogging Platform for Geeks" by many people.

Maybe I went biased since I'm using Blogger.

Blogger can also do that. I have tried to export my blog posts from my active blog to a test blog, to test whether everything works fine. And I imported it withing seconds.

I too suggest Blogger . Its quite easy to understand and anybody, even a newbie can manage it !
Buy a domain from godaddy and host it on blogger .
A ".com" domain would cost you around $10 per year but hosting would be absolutely free .
Here you can find some really cool and designer blogger templates: http://best-template.blogspot.com/
    Good luck !!

I will choose blogger because it is easy to use, very nice and simple.
I am not a professional blogger so blogger is very convenient to me.
So,I Think every newbie in blogging should go for blogger first.

Great, concise list! I would also prefer Blogger like most of us who replied simply because it just seems more user friendly. Wordpress is pretty complicated to me and it has a lot of components, that although are cool, I do not need for now as a beginner blogger. Blogger keeps it sweet and simple!

Blogger/blogspot is a nice blog! You can also try using Wordpress in the long run. It detects spams because it has useful plugins. Keep it up and the good job!
