How can I lose my stomach within home exercise ??
Your body will burn fat evenly. Thus, working one area will not make that area loose fat. Eat the proper diet to support the workout routine you choose. Build muscle because that burns calories 24/7.
exercise is 30%. Diet is 70% so start with eating properly

drink a glass of water each morning as soon as you wake up.
eat lean meats and veggies ONLY
cut the size of your meals in half and double the amount of times that you eat
DO NOT focus on abs workouts -- abs workouts targets abs muscles, NOT abs fat.... do cardio, fat burn, etc.
I don't know but i have a friend who started juicing to lose weight. And I can see improvement in his body waist.. You might wanna try..
No doubt that proper diet will help you to loose weight but excercise will help you to maintain your fitness. You can find some stomach workouts from Internet.
Push ups, Plank, Squat, Single leg balance, Side plank, Walking, Running at one place in home are some of the best exercises that can help you lose weight. Also, don't forget the importance of diet. Avoid eating junk foods and drinking alcohol at all cost for fast results.
As for me, I respect the principle of separate food to maintain my body in good shape. I eat carbohydrates in the morning, and for dinner I have proteins with salad. Of course I combine my diet with regular playing sports. I like jogging in the park after my working day.
If you can stand up at least 30 mins after eating, that will help you lose stomach fat.
Cut all of the processed and refined foods out of your diet, cut your carbohydrates down - especially the simple carbs/sugars. Proteins and fats should make up the majority of your calories, vegetables the primary source of your carbs. As far as exercise, include cardio-aerobic work, if you lift weights, make sure to do your weight exercises first as these will burn the glycogen and THEN do your cardio as it will tap-into your fat stores and speed your metabolism up for the remainder of the day while you aren't exercising. As someone above said, you cannot spot-reduce so don't just do ab exercises, work your entire body and get 4-5 days of exercise in with cardio, on rest days you can also walk but I'd devote one day to total rest so as not to overtax your system and allow recovery.
Proper diet goes hand in hand with exercise. If you don't control your eating then all those hours spent at the gym will just be a waste of time.

Sit- Ups is the best exercise for stomach u can do it at home very easily.

Most of peoples ask this same question & it has become a common question of many peoples. How to loose weight ! I don't think it can be happen without Gym ! Exercise, Contact to GYM trainer & start weight loose work out.
Eat some foods that can help you to reduce your body from being too much fat. When you're at home, do some exercise, like Zumba dancing, or Jumping. Walked or run around your place every morning, drink more water.
It's very super easy to lose weight.
1] You have breakfast and lunch with your normally meal.
2] You should to skip your dinner or if you still want it just have it small meal- juice, fruit...
3] You should at least do exercise hardly 3 times a week.
In addition, you have to reduce any sort of food which enrich carbohydrate.
I have that problem before, I try 10 sit ups first every morning and balance diet. I avoid fatty and junk foods. Now I can make 30 sit ups every morning. My belly is flat now.
