I want to build a blog about my interest and I'm newbe in this business.
From searching around what my realization is-
    1. I've to find a niche which is interesting & Keywords to write blogging topics.
    2. I've to exchange link to hire pr site to increase my pr rank.
It will be helpful to me if anyone provide some online keyword search tools and where to start from link building process. Again, I'm a beginner.

    1. You shouldn't be finding a niche, it should be what ever you are interested in not what you think others are more interested in. When deciding this you will figure your own keywords for each article on a blog. Example: a tutorial of a nav bar for a website would be things like "website tutorial" "website navigation tutorial" "CSS navigation" or for say a review of something they would be "product name review" "product name" etc, etc.

    2. Exchanging links is one thing but building a higher PR comes from having good, requlary updated content. Having this gets other sites to link to you, not just exchanging links for the sake it. That's where the higher PR will come from.

So basically I'm trying to say don't worry so much about finding something to pick keywords for you and where you can exchange links, worry about how much content you have, the quality of the content and keeping new content coming as regulary as possible.

Sorry I didn't actually provide you with any kind of tool but as you are a beginner I thought some advice would be just as useful.

I agree with karoshio. You should write about something that interest you the most. Don't ever think it's a low or high paying niche. What matters most is that you are enjoying what you are doing.

Google adwords is the best tool to help you with shoosing right keywords for your blog.

Niche keywords are highly targeted keywords that allow you to concentrate on a very specific aspect of the product you sell, service you offer, or information you provide. Competition is generally less fierce for niche keywords and every online business or service should have some niche that they can attempt to corner. Good niches can include specific industries, geographical regions, or highly specialised information; fewer businesses and websites will target each niche, although fewer visitors will also be searching within these highly specific areas.

I believe what airun means is that chengang is not being accurate when referring to Google Adwords as a tool. Google Adwords is the name of Google's sponsored ad service.
Google's Keyword Tool is what airun needs to find the keywords after deciding what the blog should be about. There is no tool I know of that would give ideas on what the blog should be about. GekiDan is right - make the blog about something you are interested in. Once you've found a subject to write about, use the Keyword Tool to find keywords to rank the blog for.

I don't think there's ever a tool that give a more accurate results than Adwords Keywords Tool.
What I mean is, although it's not accurate in giving the exact numbers, it can suffice in giving near accurate numbers.
