    Hello
In July 2009 I and my husband bought an established engraving business in partnerships, we incorporated, and both put money into legal fees, rent, software, getting a domain, machine, etc We do not have a buy-sell agreement or any exit agreement. We were separated. I left the business in 2010, we are in divorce, my husband won't agree to buy me out. He dissolved the business and restart it working as a sole trader, leaving me with nothing. I am only asking for the money I put in. Is this legally? I need an advice.

Sorry to hear about your business troubles and that you have separated ninana. Do you have a solicitor / attorney acting on your behalf in relation to the separation? If you do I'd suggest that you seek their legal advice in relation to this issue as well, as it is very much tied in with the separation.
