    Hi there,

I am soon to launch my online business. If I were to source retro tins by Coca-Cola or Kellogg's for example would I need permission or a licence from the brand to use them as containers of my products for a limited edition collection?

    Thank you

Welcome to Business Advice Forum alie, thanks for joining and posting your business questions.

What country would your business be based in?

Where will you be sourcing the retro tins from, will it be directly from the companies themselves?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

We are based in London, UK. No, the retro antique tins are not directly from the companies. We would source these from ebay, amazon and antique shops.
