Hi, I have a software startup that I was bootstrapping but ran out of funds. We need $1500 to make the last payment for development costs. My credit is poor, so a small business or even micro loan is out of the question. I'm looking into a crowdfunding platform like Angel list or Fundable to raise convertible debt of $2000 but is it even worth it for investors? I don't want more and I'm not interested in giving away equity. Also, if we get approved for the convertible debt option how soon could we get the money? Advice welcomed.
