Are you asking how to do that, or was your post supposed to include a link to an article on how to do that? If the former, what prompted the question? Have you checked on Google's website to see if there is an answer there?

    I am asking a question.

I have checked Google's website, but there they mention either you can block 1 IP or a set of IP. But in my case I want to block only two different static IP's

I checked Google Analytics help myself, and it looks like you can only create a filter or a singe IP or a range of IP's. From what I can find, you will have to create a separate filter for each IP.
