    Does your errors generate 404?
    if so, it's ok!

404 pages tell Google that your pages are no longer exist and that it should remove them from its index.

if the 404 pages are generated by broken links found in other websites (i.e. websites that link back to you but the link structure is broken), map those broken links, and initiate a 301 redirect from each broken link to the appropriate one found in your website.

This technique will get you extra free links ;)

Good one DanGild! But just a quick tip though, "Don't use redirection for non-existent pages" just return it with a 404 header code.

Some of the errors will have a box on webmaster tools that you can check "fixed". google will crawl the page again and take it off the error list.
