Normally we would probably delete something like this, but it's a very useful post for those looking for something like this. So I have removed all but one link and moved it the the articles forum.

With iPad Magic, you can transfer photos, videos, music, books, etc. between iPad, iTunes and computer at ease. Moreover, it also enables you to convert audio and video files, rip CD and DVD discs, download online videos, make ringtones and more. Also, it works well on iOS 7 and iTunes 11 now.

I always use the follow method to transfer photos from iPad to computer.
Step 1. Choose iTunes backup file for your iPad
Make sure you have made the backup of your iPhone to iTunes already. Launch the installed iPad Transfer software and it will automatically scan your computer and show all the backup

lists you have ever synced with this computer before. Just select your iPad backup file and click "Start Scan".
Step 2. Scan for the iPad photos you want
When the scan finishes, the software will display all iPad files. Find the "Photos " category and preview all the text messages in your iPad.
Step 3. Start to Transfer Photos from iPad to computer
Mark the photos you want and hit the "Recover" button at bottom to extract them to your computer.
Now, all the photos on your iPad are saved in your computer. You can clear all the photos on your iPad and view them on your computer anytime you like. Just free up your iPad and make room for new data!
