How to resolve a Paypal dispute ?

    Hi all, I opened a paypal dispute against a service provider. I have not heard back from the person yet. Do I escalate it to paypal claims (where they decide course of action) or how do I ensure I get a positive response from Paypal as the seller is not bothered to respond.

    If the other person is not responding to you I'd recommend that you escalate it to PayPal. Provide PayPal with all the information they ask for and be as cooperative as you can with them. Hopefully they will rule in your favour.
