It depends on which browser are you using (I think it is Win)?
Your antivir/antispam does not yell anything?
If you are lucky, it is just an "add-on", try to find it in your browsers setup section (Options ->Settings in Firefox) and reset open page link.
Additionally you can identify the spam software within Windows "Add or Remove Programs" section: remove (uninstall) the software from there
Certainly you can install a spam-remover software to automate the above - but I can not recommend any :( I'm running linux...

ADWCleaner is a great free tool for removing browser hijackers caused by rootkits, etc. Also, SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes are great effective free tools. If one tool doesn't do the trick, you can use all three and not have any problems. Once it looks like the malware has been removed, it can be a good idea to run the registry cleaning tool in CCleaner, which is also a free tool. Good luck

By following simple steps you can delete malware from your PC :-
    1) Keep your PC disconnected from the Internet.
    2) Delete temporary files from the PC.
    3) After that download malware scanner.
    4) Run and scan with malware-bytes.
    5) Now restart your PC so as to complete the removal process.
Still your problem persist then you can also take assistance from AskPcexperts.
