Hi louis-kevin, when paying via Western Union you should be very conscious of the fact that there is no guarantee with your payment. What this means is, once the recipient has your money there really is nothing you can do to get your money back, should they decide not to deliver on the agreed service or decide not to ship a product. There are lots of scams (online and in the real world) that accept payments via Western Union, for this very reason.

This link on Western Union explains how you can send money through Western Union.

Western Union is very simple, you just need to fill in a form at the bank (which provide WU service).
Just ask the bank if you have any question

There are a few listed in the Online Payment Processing section of our Useful Online Business Resources thread, perhaps one of those can meet your requirements? Or maybe a direct bank transfer could work for you?

T/T is common used but it takes longer time.
There is many online payment processor such as alertpay, alipay, moneybooker, Google Checkout etc.
