I have searched online for this. Found some useful links but it is little bit unclear to me.
I need an experienced person support in his way. Please tell me the key points and shortcuts?

    Hi,

You ask your web host to perform the transfer. If you use cPanel then it can be done easily.

Simultaneously, you can also take backup of your files from WordPress Export tool and move your website to another host.

You can find more information here: http://blog.eukhost.com/webhosting/how-to-move-your-website-from-one-web-host-to-other-web-host/

You need to export your files to new hosting and change the URLs in database with the new URL.

Indeed! Just ask your hosting provider tech support when buying a plan and they will do it. As an addition you'll check speed of their work and professionalism

If you are trying to do yourself then you have to export your file from old one to new one. Other wise ask your developer to do it for you, because would say if you have enough knowledge then only try it your self.

I have never heard about anything like duplicator plugin, are you sure, if it is the case we can be saved from a lot of work, as I faced recently for one of my account where many wordpress website needed to change the server and it was quite a messy task for me.

To move a wordpress site to another you can use your favorite FTP client. Then, move your database. First you need to export your database from the old hosting account.
You can contact the support team of your previous web host company in order to receive more information on how to export your database. Now, you have your files and database transferred. All you have to do is to reconfigure your WordPress application to work from the new place.
