I need to hire someone temporarily to help me with some work... How can I do it from accounting point of view? I don't want to set up a payroll, but I want to write it off as a business expense. My company operates as LLC

    Thank you
    Michael

You could find a contract company that hires the employee and you pay the contract company. It might cost you a little more but it will be worth it to avoid payroll along with taxes and everything else.
